If you have problem with starting Scoreboard OCR or installing it, do this test

  1. Downlaod this file scoreboardocr-connection-check-v1.6.zip
  2. Unzip the downloaded file (right-click the .zip → “Extract All…”).
  3. Right-click “ScoreboardOCR-Connection-Check.ps1” → “Run with PowerShell” (Windows 11: if you don't see it, click “Show more options” first.)
  4. If a blue/yellow question about running the script appears, type Y and press Enter.
  5. Wait about 1 minute. A report opens in Notepad and is saved on your Desktop as ScoreboardOCR-connection-report-<date>.txt
  6. Send that report file to ScoreboardOCR support.
